Changing Lives Through Art

History Display at the Visitor Centre

Study the story of the historic Somerset Coal Canal told in old photographs, documents, maps and artifacts from its beginning with the mining industry, the canal's decline, the replacement railway, filming 'The Titfield Thunderbolt' and restoration to the marina and Visitor Centre.
